Mindfulness can sometimes be seen as a tick-box exercise for wellbeing without providing solid, practical tools to handle stress in the moment.

I am a certified Mindfulness Coach for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

My expertise and personal journey with workplace anxiety enables me to empathize and empower others effectively. By applying mindfulness techniques, I equip attendees with practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and anger, and boost self-esteem.
